Accepting New Clients
In my role as a mental health professional; I believe in creating a safe and empathetic environment that resonates with my clients, as I meet them on their terms and at their level to help them achieve their goals, and initiate the healing process. Life often confronts us with pain, traumas, and societal influences that mold our interactions with the world and disconnects us from our true selves. These experiences can lead us to misidentify these hardships as defining elements of our identity. Healing is possible and therapy gives us the space to step back into our authenticity and reconnect to who we are.
Accepting New Clients
Diana has been working in the field of Social Work 30 plus years. She graduated with her master’s degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University. Diana has worked in many capacities including educational social work, medical social work, corrections, DCFS, adoptions, and group homes. She is trained in EMDR and TF-CBT. She also believes in energy healing and is a Reiki practioner. She is also trained Quantum Healing Hypnosis and conducts past life regressions. Currently, she is studying to be a Shaman with Alberto Villoldo. Her vast knowledge and likable demeanor make her easy to talk with and connect to. View 7 Photos Diana specializes in trauma and grief and energy healing. She also loves doing couples counseling and helping people overcome their anxiety and depression. She has an eclectic approach and aims to assist others in healing their mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Her business card states, "Finding Peace in Being You." She believes that through therapy, we can each feel confident and content about who we are. Diana is currently accepting new clients only at the Ephraim office or through telehealth.

If you’re going through a life transition, addressing impulsive behavior and/or addiction, or are just in need of some additional support, therapy can be a great change-agent to help you move toward your goals. I use a humanistic, client-centered focus in my therapeutic approach. I believe consistent, transparent and evidence based support is the most effective to help my clients progress through treatment. I provide clients a safe place to address some of life's most difficult challenges. My services are influenced by psychodynamic theory, CBT informed interventions, EFT, somatic experiencing, Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), Brainspotting, and other evidence informed skills and techniques.
